Body Torque Fitness offers a range of High Intensity Interval Training sessions in Reigate and Betchworth each week, in a variety of convenient venues.
If you train with Body Torque Fitness we will treat you as an individual and with friendly respect. You will have consistency of trainer. We will discuss your goals and medical issues in advance. We will offer hands-on correction and explain technique, rather than expecting you to learn from demonstration alone. The class will not be too big and will be a suitable level for your experience and not a “one size fits all” mixed ability class.
